KL Town was affirmed by the 27th Chinese Architecture Gold Stone Award Committee in 2019 for the construction case “Duen Nan SOHO” located in No. 46, Lane 177, Section 1, Dunhua South Road, Taipei City; received the Gold Stone Award for Excellent Architectural Planning and Design (Residential and Commercial Building Middle Group).
KL Town’s "Hua Shan" in Zhongshan District, Taipei City, and the "Taichung case" in Nantun District, Taichung City, have both been recognized by the 2025 French Design Awards.
This project emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of urban texture and ecological landscapes. Through architectural setbacks and the extension of greenery, the structure is crafted into an eco-friendly urban node.
This project envisioned a new landmark building that integrates residential and commercial functions. Through this layered configuration, the building balances artistry and everyday life.
